An urban and cosmopolitan hotel, just like the Gare du Nord district, the 25hours Terminus Nord, located in a historic building dating from 1860, combines the ingredients for the success of the other 25Hours addresses in Germany. The identity of the premises, designed by the Parisian architectural firm Axel Schoenert architectes, the design agency Dreimeta in collaboration with the Parisian team of Visto Images, plays the card of maximalism and local integration, namely, a joyful blend of Parisian touches and African and Indian influences, the two colourful communities, at the heart of 10th century multiculturalism. Every month, the Live at 25 event offers a concert, show or happening
First hotel of designers Juan Pablo Narango and Jean-Christophe Orthlieb (studio Nocc) and young entrepreneur Zied Sanhaji, the boutique hotel Amastan revisits the codes of hospitality. Some twenty rooms to welcome the dandy traveller in transit, who will appreciate the high-tech equipment, the materials resulting from craftsmanship - ceramics, wickerwork, marble in the bathroom - as much as a certain taste for objects of curiosity. The green inner courtyard, created by the design and creative of ce “Les mauvaises graines”, gives the place an intimate and friendly atmosphere. The menus follow the prescriptions of the locavores and the art space, animated by the Purple and Cambell-Rey studio, receives the creators for ephemeral exhibitions and/or sales.
Axel Schoenert architectes was commissioned to refurbish the Hôtel Paris Gare de l’Est. Zsofia Varnagy and Axel Schoenert completely redesigned the hotel, from the architectural reorganization of the spaces to the interior design. The rooms are available in four different tints, inspired by spring’s freshness and colors. Each one is equipped with an elegant and chic bathroom, and they present a unique and welcoming atmosphere.
“Embody the spirit of a Parisian neighborhood that is both historic and alive, and conceive of a place in which to tell the story of Pigalle along the lines of a community collective”: such was the challenge that Charlotte de Tonnac and Hugo Sauzay of Festen agency met with panache.
A third 9hôtel has opened in the 10th arron- dissement in Paris, just a few steps from Place de la République. The hotel proposes a intimate and friendly version of the ‘home from home’ concept. It is designed like a house with common spaces by the Castel Veciana Arquitectura studio who have succeeded in creating a cosy ambiance.
