The designer Ora Ito de ned the concept of Yooma, a new concept in the hotel industry. In Paris’ 15th district, in front of the Seine, the Beaugrenelle esplanade, this paved stone from the seventies, with about twenty buildings, had the pro le of a mini Manhattan. Ora Ito heightened the existing structure and put in levitation hundred and six rooms backs a shell of aluminum. As one to Transform, the building seems ready to spread. Daniel Buren came to help the designer with black and white bands. A global amount of investment about 30 million euros to offer a new concept of hotel business: rooms for two, four or six people.
