In a 70’s conserved décor, the architect Marcelo Joulia has made the most of this former butchers and turned it into a restaurant that everyone is talking about. Perfectly chosen meat is from Argentina while the cellar boasts wines from Argentina and Chili that are as modern as the modern and authentic design : armchairs by Ray & Charles Eames, a table by Norman Foster and a range of butcher’s accoutrements.
