A gourmet planet that rotates only during the week, Saturne proposes refined and savvy menus. Sub-titled ‘table, cellar’, the restaurant opened two minutes from the Place des Victoires and the Stock Exchange (Bourse) in 2010. The ‘table’ part is masterfully managed by Sven Chartier, a chef who trained with Alain Passard at Arpège in Paris and with Arnaud Daguin in Hasparren in the Basque country, in his gastronomic guest house Hégia. The ‘cellar’ side is looked after by Ewen Lemoigne, a sommelier who knows how to guide one in the right direction. Big open kitchen, excellent selection of wines, wall lights by Serge Mouille and light wooden furniture, made by Alki, everything here is in the best possible taste.
