Rudy and Graf opened their second Paris New York burger restaurant at Oberkampf. The products are carefully selected: the Breton butchers Le Poncelet provides carefully aged meat, the buns are from Rachel and the Sommerset cheddar is the genuine article. The organic or natural wines are chosen by Julien Dussert, from Antoine Nétien’s café, Coutume café. The architects Cut who were responsible for the rst branch have come back to do something different here. Neon tubes encased in aluminium decorate the bar while an ochre coloured brick wall is a reminder of a New York building.
