Conceived by the Parisian architect Jeff Van Dyck, the new Pierre Hermé shop at the Enfants-Rouges is all about abundance. It’s setting, both modern and authentic, leads gourmets and design connoisseurs through 85sqm of colourful pastry displays. We fall for the “signature” macarons that taste natural yet sophisticated, just like the place’s atmosphere. Jeff Van Dyck invites us to experience the heart of the pâtissier’s spirit and delights both our sight and palate. We get in there feeling like Pierre Hermé freshly left the place.
