L’ÉTOILE DU NORD
In the biggest train station of Europe with 700 000 travelers a day and 200 millions a year, the chef Thierry Marx transforms the traditional station buffet in a design and contemporary restaurant. Under a metal roof, the internal design constitutes mainly of dark wood and glass. The chandelier designed by Céline Wright illuminates the wine bar LeZinc, integral part of the restaurant. Architecture made of geometrical forms, the open-plan kitchen and colored glass windows allow customers to observe the station.
