The First cheese dairy in the capital to process organic cow, goat and sheep milk on site. Designed by Killian Roland, founder of AKR architecture, it shows the whole cheese maker’s activity from the street : from production to sale, including maturing in the cellar. Sanitary nobility of brushed stainless steel and OSB panels for customised display furniture assembled by the cheese maker, revealing Saint- Félicien with raw cream, Brillat-Savarin triple cream with raw milk or cheeses matured with Goutte d’Or beer, brewed just a stone’s throw away…
