LA CHOCOLATERIE CYRIL LIGNAC
Cyril Lignac, together with his associate Benoit Couvrand since the creation of La Pâtis- serie in 2011 and aided by the creative agency BE-POLES, opens a space entirely devoted to chocolate. At number 25 Rue de Chanzy in the 11th arrondissement, a vast array of chocolate temptations will satisfy every cacao desire of in- veterate as well as novice chocolate lovers, to be sampled on the premises at a big communal table or taken home for those in a hurry. The chocolate bars are handmade in the chef’s workshop in Saint-Ouen with select ingredients: the nest chocolates from Equator, Trinidad, Papua New Guinea and Venezuela.
