Using the nickname that Jamie Oliver gave him at the Fifteen Restaurant in London, in 2009 Grégory Marchand opened his own restaurant on the rue du Nil in Paris. He hasn’t stopped innovating since, with a cuisine that is colourful, generous and delicious in a dining room that Emille Bonaventure has completely redesigned using polished-waxed zinc covered tables, brick and lights hanging at different levels to create a light and shade atmosphere for the 26 covers. With this success, he has opened on the same street a wine bar and a “To Go” version for those wanting a quick lunch.
