FOLKS AND SPARROWS
The days of a ham and butter sandwich that tasted of… ham and butter are over. So too are the days of the frustrated hipster who would spend his life savings on implants. Since Franck (the boss) and Grégory (the architect) along with Jeremy (the folk carpenter from Woodstock), opened Folks and Sparrows coffee shop culture has taken a new turn with an upmarket grocery that sells superb sandwiches wrapped in brown paper. A new type of business, it’s also a concept store with certi ed bobo decoration in which wood and tiles mix to form a cocoon selling quality produce and objects such as pickles and tinned sardines alongside a collection of crazy mugs.
