Located in a private building in the Marais a wooden envelope stretches from floor to ceiling, joining the 45 sqm main room with a mezzanine-mirador (15 sqm) and filtering light from the courtyard onto an open-plan counterkitchen in granite. Philippe Baranes selected the contemporary architect Joseph Grappin to design his latest and completely original concept : a restaurant using only the natural sugars from seasonal fruit and vegetables that bring a new feeling to the sensation of sweet and savoury. The materials are carefully chosen, with tables in granite, seating from Guariche, a graphically inspired floor and the smart use of mirrors
