This is Acne’s second boutique in Paris after its first in the grounds of the Palais Royal. This branch benefits from the gentrification of the 11th district. Jonny Johansson, artistic director of the brand knew what had to be done, “I love Paris, but I had to do something that was Swedish”. He called on the services of the architect Andreas Fornell. In a former garage he built a boutique that was Swedish in its colours and its structure. The walls become benches, display cases and seating. Visitors are welcomed with a marble sculpture by the English artist Daniel Silver. The Swedish brand’s perfectly cut jeans have become emblematic of its style: minimalist, sophisticated and elegant.
